Uses Of Amba Haldi :

1……One teaspoon of Amba Haldi powder to be mixed with four teaspoonful of Rose water to form smooth paste. Apply it on face. Rinse it off thoroughly with normal clean water after about 30 minutes…good herbal treatment for skin of face and its Glow.
2……Mix Amba Haldi powder about 25 grams with 100 grams of Till oil . heat it on low flame…..when lukewarm …it is good for massage to relieve pain.
3……Mix ten grams of Amba Haldi powder in 100 grams of Coconut oil …apply it on body …to get rid of Body odour.
4……Mix 25 grams of Amba Haldi powder in a bucket of lukewarm water while bathing ….good to remove Body odour.
5…..Take 10 grams of Amba Haldi powder , 10 grams of Fenugreek seed powder , 10 grams of Brahmi powder , 20 grams of Shikakai powder , 10 grams of Amla powder.. mix all these with 100 grams of Coconut oil to form smooth paste…apply it on on Hair deeply…clean after 30 minutes with a good ayurvedic shampoo ….good for treatments of treating Dandruff and removing Head Lice.
6…..Take a pinch of Amba Haldi powder in a cup of lukewarm milk to relieve pain.
