It is very effective for relieving the cerebral congestion. It helps to improve the digestion and intestinal peristalsis and as such removes constipation. Its continuous use not only cures the chronic catarrh and cold but also improves vision.

Dosage: 5 to 10 grams (1 to 2 teaspoonful) to be taken with lukewarm water at bedtime. Citrus fruits and sour foods are to be avoided.
