Arq Podina Peppermint (عرق پودینہ)  

Benefits:

Stops nausea and vomiting.
Strengthens the stomach
Aids digestion
Increases appetite and is useful in cholera, vomiting and diarrhea due to indigestion

Ingredients:

Extract of green pudina leaves
• Mentha leaves
• Approved colors used

Usage:
Adult
2 tablespoon thrice a day or as directed by a Tabib.

Children:
2 Teaspoon twice in a day.

Note:

All the extracts are taken from pure ingredients with proper weight according to Tibb principles. if you feel certain tartness in the extract then add little amount of water to it. Sometimes a web is formed on the top of the extract in that case its better to filter it before use
