Take 500 milligrams of Akarkara, 100 milligrams of cloves, 100 milligrams of Saffron, 100 milligrams of Cinnamon, 100 milligrams of Long pepper, 100 milligrams of Mace, 25 milligrams of Nutmeg and 1000 milligrams of Ashwagandha or Indian ginseng. Grind all of them together and store the powder in a glass bottle. Eat 20 milligrams of this medicine twice a day morning and evening. This will cure all Loss of Libido, Impotency, Erectile dysfunction, Premature ejaculation and sexual problems.
